dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อสังเคราะห์รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงเส้นของ 3 องค์ประกอบ ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการปกครอง ท้องถิ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ครูและคณาจารย์ จำนวน 166 คน ตามจำนวนขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของวิธีการ G*Power ซึ่งปฏิบัติงานในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา 10 แห่ง โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือ การวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ตัวเลือกเกี่ยวกับตัวชี้วัดของ 11 ตัวแปรสังเกตได้ของ 3 ตัวแปรเหตุ และ 4 ตัวแปรสังเกตได้ของประสิทธิผลการบริหารวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติข้อมูลพื้นฐานใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงเส้นระหว่างตัวแปรเหตุและตัวแปรผลด้วยโปรแกรม LISREL ผลการวิจัยปรากฏโดยสรุป ดังนี้ 1. ปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การ ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมองค์การ และปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัย มีความสัมพันธ์และมีอิทธิพลโดยรวมร้อยละ 40 ต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น 2. ปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การมีอิทธิพลและมีความสัมพันธ์โดยตรงกับประสิทธิผล การบริหารงานวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น ส่วนปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมองค์การ และปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัย มีอิทธิพลและมีความสัมพันธ์โดยอ้อมกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น

dc.description.abstractalternative	The study aimed at synthesizing the linear structure relationship of three factors those affected the administrative effectiveness of the vocational colleges under the Department of Local Administration. The sample consisted of 166 lecturers and education personnels working in ten colleges, selected by the G*Power program. The research instrument was a set of five-rating scale questionnaires concerning the indicators of eleven observed variables of three causal factors and four observed variables of administrative effectiveness of vocational colleges. The basic data were analized by the SPSS program, and analyzing the linear relationship of the two factors with the LISREL program. The research findings were as follows; 1. The causal factors of organizational climates, organizational cultures, and leadership behaviors were found affecting the administrative effectiveness of the vocational colleges up to 40 percents. 2. Organizational climate was found directly related and affected the administrative effectiveness of the vocational colleges while the organizational culture and leadership behavior were found indirectly related and affected the administrative effectiveness.
