dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้และสร้างโมเดลความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน การวิจัยเป็นแบบผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการศึกษา จำนวน 10 คน และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยการสอบถามครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้ จำนวน 541 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันและการวิเคราะห์โมเดลความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นด้วยโปรแกรม AMOS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงสูงสุดต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้ คือ ปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศโรงเรียน รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมการบริหาร ปัจจัยด้านสมรรถนะโรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหาร ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมสูงสุดต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน คือ ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านบรรยากาศโรงเรียนและพฤติกรรมการบริหารไปยังประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรม การบริหารมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านสมรรถนะโรงเรียนไปยังประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้านสมรรถนะโรงเรียนมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านบรรยากาศโรงเรียนไปยังประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนได้ร้อยละ 93 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01 2. โมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาภาคใต้ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ เป็นที่น่าเชื่อถือและยอมรับได้

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to determine and create the linear structural model of casual factors affecting schools effectiveness of secondary school in the southern under The Office of the Basic Education Commission. The mixed research approach was applied and consisted of two parts: The qualitative research which conducted through in-depth interview with ten educational experts. The quantitative research conducted by questionnaire through 541 teachers. The research instruments used for analyzing the data were a structured interview form and a five rating scale questionnaire. The statistical devices included frequency, percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, Confirmatory factor analysis and liner structural model analysis was done by AMOS. The research findings were as follows: 1. The casual factors directly affected the school effectiveness was school climate. It was followed by management behavior, school competency and administrator trait. While administrator trait indirectly affected the school effectiveness through management behavior and school climate, the Management behavior indirectly affected the school effectiveness through school competency and school competency indirectly affected the school effectiveness through school climate. They could predict effectiveness of secondary school in the southern by 93 percent with statistical significance at .01 level. 2. The model of casual factors affecting schools effectiveness of secondary school in the southern under The Office of the Basic Education Commission were showed their congruity with reliable and consistent the empirical data.
