dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความสุขในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ ในการทำงาน และวิทยฐานะของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคมจำนวน 170 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.62 - 0.78 และความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธี Scheffe’test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความสุขในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมาก ไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความสำเร็จในงาน ด้านการเป็นที่ยอมรับ ด้านความรักในงาน และด้าน การติดต่อสัมพันธ์ ตามลำดับ 2. การเปรียบเทียบความสุขในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านความสำเร็จในงานและด้านการเป็นที่ยอมรับแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และจำแนกตามวิทยฐานะ โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านการเป็นที่ยอมรับแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research studied and compared the happiness at work of teachers in Bangbowittayakhom school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 6, categorized by gender, work experience and academic status. The sample consisted of 170 teachers. The research instrument employed for the data collection was a set of five scale rating questionnaires. A discrimination value was between 0.62 to 0.78 and reliability was 0.97. The statistics for the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test, One way: ANOVA and Scheffe’test. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The happiness at work of teachers in Bangbowittayakhom school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 6 in overall and each aspects were rated at high level, ranging from work achievement, recognition from other, love of the work and good connection, respectively. 2. The happiness at work of teachers in Bangbowittayakhom school under the secondary educational service area office 6 categorized by gender in overall and each aspects were not significantly different. The work experience in overall and each aspects were statistically significantly different at .05 levels except work achievement and recognition were not significant different. Academic status in overall and each aspects were statistically significantly different at .05 levels except recognition was not significantly different.
