dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับ ความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนในอำเภอสอยดาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการสอน และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษา ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในอำเภอสอยดาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน จำนวน 174 คน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับความเป็นองค์การ แห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนในอำเภอสอยดาว ลักษณะแบบสอบถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 35 ข้อ โดยมีอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .49-.82 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างระหว่างรายคู่ ทำการทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีการ Least significant difference (LSD) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนในอำเภอสอยดาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน ในอำเภอสอยดาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาโทขึ้นไปมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้สูงกว่า ยกเว้น ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการสอน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความคิดเชิงระบบ และการมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นสูงกว่า ยกเว้น ด้านความรอบรู้แห่งตน ด้านแบบแผนความคิดอ่าน และด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed at comparing teachers’ opinions toward learning organization of the schools in Soidao district under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The independent variable measured in this study were the differences of teacher educational degrees, teaching experience and school sizes. The sample group in this research was of 174 teachers working in primary schools in Soidao district under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in academic year 2014. The sample group size was determined according to Krejcie and Morgan sample size table. The researcher conducted the stratified random sampling according to the sizes of school. The tool used in data collection was a 5 point scale questionnaire asking teachers’ opinions toward learning organization of the schools in Soidao district. The questionnaire consisted of 35 questions. The item discrimination power of the questions was between .49-.82. Its a reliability was .97. The statistical methods used in this study were Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test and One-way ANOVA. The researcher conducted Least Significant Difference (LSD) to find out the pairs that were different. The result revealed that 1. The teachers’ opinions toward learning organization of the schools in Soidao district under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and in each individual aspect were at a high level. 2. Teachers with different education level have different opinions, in overall and each individual aspect, toward learning organization of the schools with a significant level of .05. It is found that the opinions of sample group graduating with Master’s degree or above shared different opinions toward learning organization compare with the other groups with the significant level of .05, except in the were of Team Learning. Additionally, the opinions of teachers based on teaching experience, in overall and each individual aspect, were not significantly different. Teachers working in different size of school alro report different opinions toward Learning Organization in overall and each individual aspect at .05. The opinion of teachers in large schools was higher than other groups, except in the area of Personal Mastery, Mental Method and Team Learning.
