dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษากลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำนวน 175 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ ระหว่าง .27 - .73 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) คำสำคัญ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คำสำคัญ: 1. การดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษากลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษากลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to study and compare the procedure of internal quality assurance in Nikhomphatthana district cluster under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples were 175 teachers in Nikhomphatthana district cluster under the procedure of internal quality assurance in the Nikhomphatthana school cluster under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The instruments used in this study was a 5 point rating-scale asking questions concerning questionnaire about the procedure of internal quality assurance. The item discrimination power was between .27 - .73, and the reliability was .94. The statistics used to analyze the data was Mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. The findings were as follow: 1. The procedure of internal quality assurance in Nikhomphatthana district cluster under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in overall and each espact, was rated at a high level. 2. Procedure of internal quality assurance in Nikhomphatthana district cluster under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as rated by teachers with different work experiences and those who were working in different size of school showed no statistical significance differences.
