dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเรียนของนักเรียนปฐมวัย ศูนย์อบรมเด็กก่อนเกณฑ์ในวัด วัดราษฎร์ศรัทธา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น กระทรวงมหาดไทย ด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 1 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 2 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 4 คน ผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 4 คน นักเรียนชั้นอนุบาล 3 จำนวน 10 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 21 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเรียนปฐมวัยทั้ง 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหาร ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการให้บริการผู้เรียน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน ด้านนักเรียนและเพื่อนร่วมชั้นเรียน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ทางด้านการบริหารมีการกำหนดนโยบายที่ไม่ชัดเจน มีกฎระเบียบยังไม่ได้นำไปสู่การปฏิบัติ ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สื่อและอุปกรณ์ขาดแคลนเป็นจำนวนมาก ด้านการให้บริการผู้เรียน ยังขาดแคลนในเรื่องงบประมาณ โต๊ะ เก้าอี้ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน ครูไม่เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่นักเรียน ด้านนักเรียนและเพื่อนร่วมชั้นเรียน นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมที่ก้าวร้าว ด้านอาคารสถานที่ อาคารเรียนอยู่ในช่วงก่อสร้าง ไม่มีการป้องกันให้รัดกุม 2. แนวทางการพัฒนา คือ ด้านการบริหาร ควรกำหนดนโยบายที่ชัดเจนและนำไปสู่ การปฏิบัติ ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ควรจัดหาเงินทุนเพื่อใช้ในการซื้ออุปกรณ์การเรียนให้มีความต้องการแก่นักเรียน ด้านการให้บริการผู้เรียน ควรทำเรื่องของบประมาณจากกรมส่งเสริม การปกครองท้องถิ่น ซื้อโต๊ะ เก้าอี้ ให้มีความเพียงพอต่อความต้องการของนักเรียน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน ครูควรเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีกับนักเรียน ด้านนักเรียนและเพื่อนร่วมชั้นเรียนควรสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับนักเรียนและให้นักเรียนสนใจในกิจกรรมที่ครูสอน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ควรมี ป้ายเตือนภัยต่าง ๆ ทุกแห่งในเขตก่อสร้าง

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to study problems and present guidelines for the development of student learning environment of Childhood Training Center in Wat Rat Saltha under Department of Local Administration, Ministry of the Interior. The design of this study was the qualitative approach. The researcher collected her data by reviewing relating documents and interviewing 21 key informants: 1 school administrator, 2 basic education school committees, 4 Teachers, 4 parents, 10 kindergarten students grade 3. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Problems of students’ learning environment found at Childhood Training Center in Wat Rat Saltha under Department of Local Administration, Ministry of the Interior consist of six aspects: 1) Administration, 2) learning and teaching activities, 3) student affairs services, 4) the relationship between teachers and students, 5) students and classmates, 6) places and buildings Administration: unclear policies, not enforcing rules; Learning and teaching activities: lack of media and devices; Student affairs service: lack of sufficient budget, tables, chair; The relationship between teachers and students: teachers do not’ good model, students and classmates: students have aggressive behavior, places and buildings: the buildings do not have a strong defense. 2. The guidelines development include school for the Administration: school should establish clear polices and practice them; Learning and teaching activities: school should consider budget for buying school supplies for the students needed. Student affairs services: School should buy enough tables, chairs, for the needs of students; The relationship between teacher and students: teachers should be good model, Students and classmates: Students should be motivated by interesting teaching activities, Places and buildings: There should be warning signs in construction zones.
