dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู กลุ่มอำเภอนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในกลุ่มอำเภอนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำนวน 155 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, p. 608) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) แบ่งเป็น 2 ฉบับ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ อยู่ระหว่าง .26 ถึง .89 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) เท่ากับ .90 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน กลุ่มอำเภอนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู กลุ่มอำเภอนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับขวัญกำลังใจ ในการปฏิบัติงานของครู กลุ่มอำเภอนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to study the relationship between administrator’s leadership and teachers’ morale of Nikhomphatthana district school cluster under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample used in this study was 155 teachers in Nikhomphatthana district school cluster under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Stratified random sampling is used to select the sample and determine the sample size by using the tables of Krejcie and Morgan (1970, p. 608). The instruments used in this study was 5 Scale rating with two parts of questionnaires which are the questionnaire asking about administrator’s leadership and the questionnaire asking about teachers’ morale; discrimination was between .26 and .89, and the reliability was .90. The statistics used to analyze the data were the mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results were that; 1. The administrator’s leadership of Nikhomphatthana district school cluster under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall and each espects were at a high level. 2. The teachers’ morale of Nikhomphatthana district school cluster under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall and each espects were at a high level. 3. The relationship between administrator’s leadership and teachers’ morale of Nikhomphatthana district school cluster under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall and each espects were at a high level, with statistical significance at .05 level
