dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การบริหาร และขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 60 ข้อ เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำ (Super leadership) ตามแนวของ Manz and Sims สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และ การทดสอบค่าที่ (t-test) พบว่า ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ผู้บริหารที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาตั้งแต่ปริญญาโทขึ้นไป มีภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำสูงกว่าผู้บริหารที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีถึง ป.บัณฑิต โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปี มีภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำสูงกว่าผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ไม่เกิน 5 ปี โดยรวมและรายด้าน ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 4. ภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษมีภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้มากกว่าผู้นำสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็กโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of the research was to study the superleadership of secondary school administrators Chonburi under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, classified by educational background, working experiences and size of school. Sample group of this study was 332 teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The reseatch tool was a, 5 seales-rating questionnaire on superleadership according to the method of Manz and Sims. The statistics that used in the research were mean, ( ), Standard Deviation, (SD), One-way ANOVA, and t-test. Results of this research were that; 1. The superleadership of secondary school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 was at the high level. 2. The superleadership of secondary school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. classified by educational background it was found that Bachelor’s degree to Graduate Diploma level and higher than master degree level were statistically significant difference at .05 level. 3. The superleadership of secondary school administrators’s under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. As classified by working experience, it was found that School administrators with more than 5 years of experience had higher leadership than the administrators with less than 5 years of experience. The overall and individual differences were statistically significant at the 0.5 level. 4. The superleadership of the secondary school administrators concerning school sizes revenled that the school. School administrators in extra large schools had higher leadership than the administrators in large, medium and small school in overall and individual, the differences were statistically significant at the .05 level.
