dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูในกลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำนวน 155 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .32-.87 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .96 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยพหุคูณและสร้างสมการถดถอยเพื่อพยากรณ์ตัวแปรตามโดยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก 2. การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ในกลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่เป็นตัวพยากรณ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 คือ ด้านการนิเทศ (X2) ด้านการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศทางวิชาการ (X4) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 89.70 ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายหรืออำนาจพยากรณ์ ร้อยละ 80.50 โดยสามารถสร้างเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปของคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ = = 0.598 + 0.458(X2) + 0.396(X4) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน = 0.521(Z2) + 0.420(Z4)

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to study the Instructional Leadership of Administrators those affect Academic Administration of School in Nikompattana School Group under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample used in this study was 155 teachers of the Nikompattana school, in Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument employed for the data collection was a set of rating-scale questionnaires. The questionnaire has the discriminative power value between .32 and .87 and reliability was.97. Data was analyzed by using mean ( ), standard deviation (SD), Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The regression equations for predicting the dependent variables were created by using stepwise multiple regression analysis method. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Academic leadership of school administrators in Nikompattana School Group under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 was found at high level. 2. Academic Administration of the Schools in Nikompattana School Group under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 was found at high level. 3. Academic Leadership of School Administrators which could be used for predicting Academic Administration of schools in Nikompattana School Group under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 were found only two aspects including the supervision (X2), the promotion of the academic atmosphere (X4) which multiple correlation coefficient was found at 89.70 with statistically significant at level of .01. The regression coefficient predictive competence was found at 80.50. These could be formed as the regression equations of raw score and standardized score as follows: The Regression Equation of Row Score: = = 0.598 + 0.458(X2) + 0.396(X4) The Regression Equation of Standardized Score: = 0.521(Z2) + 0.420(Z4)
