dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติตากสินระยอง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระยอง จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ของผู้ปกครอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติตากสินระยอง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วน จังหวัดระยอง ปีการศึกษา 2560 ตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) จำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 63 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .37-.66 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จะเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติตากสินระยอง สังกัด องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระยอง โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านการบริหารวิชาการและด้านการบริหารบุคคลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารบุคคล และด้านการบริหารวิชาการตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติตากสินระยอง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระยอง จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติตากสินระยอง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระยอง จำแนกตามอาชีพ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. ผลการการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนอนุบาลนานาชาติตากสินระยอง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระยอง จำแนกรายได้ของผู้ปกครอง โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณและด้านการบริหารทั่วไป แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and compare parents’ satisfaction towards the educational management of Anuban Taksin Rayong International School Office of Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample consisted of 310 parents of Anuban Taksin Rayong International School Office of Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization in 2015. The data was analyzed and classified by educational background, occupation and parents’ income. The research instrument was a 5 rating scale questionnaire which consisted of 63 items. The item discrimination value of this questionnaire is between .37-.66 and the alpha coefficient of the reliability was 0.87. The statistics used for analyzing the data were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s method to analysis the data. The research findings were as follows; 1. The parents’ satisfaction towards the educational management of Anuban Taksin Rayong International School Office of Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization is overall and each aspect at a high level, except the academic administration and the personnel administration which at were the moderate level. When arrange in order of mean from the high to low level, this study showed the budget management, the general administration, the personnel administration and the academic administration were rated respectively. 2. The comparison of the parents’ satisfaction towards the educational management of Anuban Taksin Rayong International School Office of Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization as classified by educational background was not significantly different both in overall and each aspect. 3. The comparison of the parents’ satisfaction towards the educational management of Anuban Taksin Rayong International School Office of Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization as classified by occupation was not significantly different both in overall and each aspect. 4. The comparison of the parents’ satisfaction towards the educational management of Anuban Taksin Rayong International School Office of Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization as classified by parents’ income overall and each aspect was a significantly difference at level, except the academic administration, the budget management, and the general administration which were not significantly different.
