dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาเรื่อง ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลหนอง บอน อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดสระแก้ว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริการด้านสุขอนามัย ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคมและการศึกษา และด้านวัฒนธรรมขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลหนองบอน อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดสระแก้ว และเพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริการจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลหนองบอน อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดสระแก้ว กําหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการใช้สูตรการคํานวณของ ยามาเน่ (Yamane, 1973) ได้จํานวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 380 คน กําหนดค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนที่ระดับ .05 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) สถิติเชิงอนุมาน t-Test และ One-Way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบล หนองบอน อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดสระแก้ว ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( X = 2.99) โดยด้านสุขอนามัยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( X = 3.24) อยู่ในอันดับที่ 1 ด้านเศรษฐกิจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( X = 2.98) อยู่ในอันดับที่ 2 ด้านสังคมและการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( X = 2.91) อยู่ในอันดับที่ 3 และด้านวัฒนธรรมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( X = 2.81) อยู่ในอันดับที่ 4 ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลหนองบอน อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดสระแก้ว จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคลในด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาที่อาศัย พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลเรื่องอาชีพที่ต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลหนองบอนที่ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The research to study Satisfaction of people toward the service of NongbonSubdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sa Kaeo Province. The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction of the public on health, economic, social and educational, And culture. And to study the level of people's satisfaction with the service, classified by different personal factors. The sample group is People living in the area of Nongbon Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sa Kaeo Province. The sample size was calculated using the Taro Yamane formula. The sample size was 380 persons. Set the tolerance at .05. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, inferential statistics and One Way ANOVA. The results of the study revealed that the level of satisfaction of the people toward the service of Nongbon Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sa Kaeo Province The overall score was moderate ( X = 2.99). The results are as follows. Hygiene was at a moderate level ( X = 3.24) ranked first. The economy was at a moderate level ( X = 2.98) ranked second Social and educational levels were at a moderate level ( X = 2.91) Ranked 3th and cultural aspects were at a moderate level ( X = 2.81) ranked 4th. Comparison of satisfaction level of people toward service of Nongbon Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sa Kaeo Province. In terms of gender, age, marital status Education Average monthly income And time to live. There was a statistically significant difference at .05 level. There was no significant difference in personal factors on job satisfaction among the people in Nongbon sub-district administration organization at the .05 level.
