dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเรื่อง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการชุมชนในการพัฒนาชุมชน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของการปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการชุมชนในการพัฒนาชุมชนจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ การเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นคณะกรรมการชุมชน ภายในเขตเทศบาลเมืองอ่างศิลา อําเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จํานวน 160 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-Test และค่า F-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการชุมชนในการพัฒนาชุมชน ในภาพรวมคณะกรรมการชุมชนมีการปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับมาก ( X = 3.86) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า บทบาทในการส่งเสริมประเพณีอันดีงามและสร้างความสามัคคีในชุมชนอยู่ในลําดับมากที่สุด ( X = 3.98) จากผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าการปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการชุมชนในการพัฒนาชุมชนมีความแตกต่างกันตามปัจจัยรายได้ต่อเดือนและระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านเพศ สถานภาพ อายุ อาชีพ การศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันมีการปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ในการพัฒนาชุมชนที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน ขอเสนอแนะ ควรมีการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้การปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่สําหรับคณะกรรมการชุมชนเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะในการปฏิบัติงาน และการกําหนดแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น ค่าเดินทาง การจัดสวัสดิการหรือรางวัล สําหรับผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่คณะกรรมการชุมชนดีเด่น

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to study the roles of community committees in community development. And compare the differences in the roles of community committees in community development based on personal factors. Using quantitative research Collect data from the sample, which is a community committee. Within Ang Sila Municipality Mueang Chonburi Chonburi province with 160 persons. The questionnaire is a tool for data collection. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, T-test and F-test. Performance of roles and responsibilities of community committees in community development. Overall, the community committee had a high level of job performance (x ̅= 3.86). On the other hand, it was found that the roles of promoting good traditions and harmony in community were the highest. (x ̅ = 3.98) Based on the results of the hypothesis testing, it was found that the performance of the roles of community committees in community development varied according to monthly income and working time. There were statistically significant differences at .05 level. For sex, age, occupational status, educational background, and job performance, the roles of community development were not significantly different. Suggestions should be given to train the knowledge workers to perform roles and responsibilities for community committees to enhance their skills. And job motivation, such as travel expenses, welfare benefits, or commendation for outstanding community committee members.
