dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยเรื่องบทบาทด้านการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยองการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทด้านการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ของ พระสังฆาธิการในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทด้านการปกครองของคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง โดยจําแนกตามโดยจําแนกตาม อายุ พรรษา วุฒิการศึกษาสายสามัญ และวุฒิการศึกษาทางธรรม การวิจัยโดยวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) ที่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จํานวน 275 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) ทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F–test) โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนชนิดทางเดียว (One-way analysis of variance) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของพระสงฆ์ที่มีต่อบทบาทด้านการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง พบว่า พระสงฆ์ในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทด้านการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการ ในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง ทั้ง 3 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.49 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางขึ้นไป ซึ่งอันดับที่ 1 ได้แก่ ด้านการปกครองตามพระธรรมวินัย รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านการปกครองตามกฎหมายคณะสงฆ์ และอันดับสุดท้าย ได้แก่ ด้านการปกครองภายในวัด ( X = 3.56, 3.49 และ 3.42) ตามลําดับ และ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทด้านการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการ ในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง จําแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยภาพรวม มีผลทําให้บทบาทด้านการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ของพระ สังฆาธิการ ในอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง ไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นการปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ และเมื่อแยกพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ซึ่งเป็นการปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were 1. to study of the roles of Sangha administration of the Sangha administrators in Muang district, Rayong province 2. to compare the opinion of the roles of Sangha administration of the Sangha administrators in Muang district, Rayong province classified by personal factors 3. to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions in the roles ofSangha administration of the Sangha administrators in Muang district, Rayong province This research was a Mixed Research Method. We used both quantitative research and survey research. The populations used in this study were 275 monks. The tool used to collect the data was questionnaire. We analyzed the data to find out the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. We used One way Analysis of Variance to find out the result of F - Test. The qualitative research was done by InDepth Interview of 9 Key Informants and was analyzed by Content Analysis Technique. The result of this research found that; Monks' opinions on the role of monks in the monastery in Rayong. It was found that the monks in Amphoe Mueang, Rayong had opinions on the administrative role of monks in the district. Rayong province on all three sides. Overall, the mean was 3.49. Is moderate No. 1 is the discipline of discipline. Secondly, there was the legal administration of the monks. And the last one was the administration within the temple. (X = 3.56, 3.49 and 3.42 respectively). Comparative Results of the Roles of the Sangha Monks in Muang District, Rayong Province Classified by Personal Status Found personal factors As a whole, the role of the monastic government of the monks in Muang District Rayong, classified by personal status, was as follows. This has led to the role of monastic government. The monks in Muang district, Rayong. it was found that personal factors as a whole. This has led to the role of monastic government. The monks in Muang District, Rayong Province were not significantly different at the statistical significance level of 0.05, which negated the hypothesis.
