dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ของประชาชน ในพื้นที่ประกาศรอบโรงไฟฟ้าที่มีกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 2.ความรู้ของประชาชนในพื้นที่ประกาศ รอบโรงไฟฟ้าต่อกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 2 มีความแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ อย่างไร เมื่อเปรียบเทียบตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ต่างกัน จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของประชาชนในพื้นที่ประกาศฯ โดยทําการศึกษาจากประชาชนในพื้นที่ประกาศรอบโรงไฟฟ้าอําเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี จํานวน 399 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย และการหาค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในการทดสอบ สมมติฐานใช้ค่าสถิติ One-way ANOVA ทดสอบสมมติฐานหาค่าความแตกต่างวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบตัวแปรอิสระตั้งแต่สามกลุ่มขึ้นไป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประชาชนในพื้นที่ประกาศรอบโรงไฟฟ้าที่ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 2 อยู่ในระดับมาก ( X = 0.59) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ประชาชนในพื้นที่ประกาศฯ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 2 ทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของกองทุนฯ ( X = 0.62) ด้านแนวทางการบริหารกองทุนฯ ( X = 0.60) ด้านการดําเนินงานโครงการชุมชน ( X = 0.59) ด้านการติดตามผลการดําเนินงานโครงการชุมชน ( X = 0.59) และด้านการขอรับเงิน สนับสนุนจากกองทุนฯ ( X = 0.57) ตามลําดับ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ความรู้ของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ประกาศรอบโรงไฟฟ้าที่มีต่อกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 2 มีความแตกต่างกันตาม สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด อาชีพ รายได้ และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในส่วนของอายุของประชาชนในพื้นที่ประกาศรอบโรงไฟฟ้าที่มีต่อกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 2 มีความรู้ไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ .05 ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัย คือ กองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 2 ควรจัดการอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 2 ปีละ 1 ครั้ง เพื่อให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ประกาศมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการดําเนินงานของกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 2 ต่อไป

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research paper has applied the quantitative methodology in order to 1.understand/ study/ assess the knowledge of the local community residing around designated power plant area about the Chonburi 2 Power Plant in place, and 2. to determine and compare the knowledge of the local residents according to their personal factors. The sample size of 399 local residents has been selected from the total population in the designated area for the purpose of the study. In order to conduct the feasibility study, the statistical analyses including the frequency distribution, mean/average, and standard deviation have been applied. To further test the null hypothesis, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is being used to analyze the variance of at least three multiple variables. The overall result of the study has indicated that people residing in the designated area have knowledge about Chonburi 2 Power Development Fund at the high level ( X =0.59). When considering by criterion the purpose of the fund has the highest level ( X = 0.62), Power Development Fund management ( X = 0.60), the community project implementation ( X = 0.59), the follow up and evaluation of the community project performance ( X = 0.59) and the financial support from Power Development Fund ( X = 0.57 The results of the test showed about the knowledge of local residents residing around Sriracha district in Chonburi province about Chonburi 2 Development Fund have a difference of marriage status, level of education, occupation, level of income and length of time participants residing in the selected location have statistically significant level .05 and age of of local residents residing around Sriracha district in Chonburi province about Chonburi 2 Development Fund. There was no difference between the statistical significance level .05. The suggestion from this research paper is that Power Plant Development Fund should conduct a seminar at least once a year such that the local residents in the designated area would have a continuous learning and a true understanding about the strategy and management of the Chonburi 2 Power Development Fund.
