dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำ เชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 62 ข้อ แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน ได้แก่ ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 35 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .38-.64 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .89 ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน จำนวน 27 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .40-.65 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .87 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 291 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	This descriptive study aims to investigate the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of school under Chantaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2. Data collection instrument in this study was a five-point-rating-scale which contain 62 questions. This questionnaire was divided into 2 parts. The first part presented 35 questions examining strategic leadership of school administrators. The item discrimination power of this part was between .38-.64and its reliability was.89. The second part of this questionnaire presented 27 questions scrutinizing the effectiveness of schools which the participants work. The item discriminative power of questions in this sector was between . 40-.65 and its reliability was .87. The participants in this study were 291 teachers teaching in schools under Chantaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2. Statistics used for data analysis in this study were Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD) and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research reached the following conclusions: 1. Strategic leaderships of school administrators under Chantaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in general and each aspect was at a high level. 2. The effectiveness of schools under Chantaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in general and each aspect was at a high level. 3. The relationship between strategic leaderships of school administrators and the effectiveness of schools was found positive at avery high level with statistical significance at .01 level.
