dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีจำนวน 293 คน เครื่องมือลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยแบบสอบถามการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .27-.92 และมีค่าเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .95 ส่วนแบบสอบถามขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .26-.91 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ในภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between the use of the power of the school administrators and the morale of the teachers under the Office of Trat Primary Education Area Office. The sample size was 293 people. The data collection instruement instrument was a 5-point-rating-scale questionnaire. The item discriminative power of the first part of this questionnaire was between .27-.92. The reliability of the first part of this questionnaire was .95 and the second part which surveysinorale of teachers had its item discriminative power between .26-.91 and the reliability of .96. The statistics used in the analysis were Mean scores, Standard Deviation, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) The research found that; 1. The use of power of school administrators under the Office of Trat Primary Education Area Office in overall was found at a very high level. 2. Morale of teachers under the Office of Trat Primary Education Area Office in Overall wasfound at a very high level. 3. The relationship between the use of power of the school administrators and the morale of the teachers under the jurisdiction of Trat Primary Education Service Area Office, was positively correlated at the low level at .01 level of significance.
