dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนศูนย์ชายแดน อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 64 ข้อ แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน ได้แก่ ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 36 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .38-.63 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .91 ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู จำนวน 28 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .36-.64 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .89 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนศูนย์ชายแดน อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 103 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนศูนย์ชายแดน อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนศูนย์ชายแดน อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ของครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนศูนย์ชายแดน อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	This descriptive study aiming at investigate the relationship between the administrative work of the school administrators and the work motivation of the school teachers teaching in border center schools in Pong Nam Ron district, Chanthaburi. Data collection instrument in this study was a five-pointed-rating-scale questionnaire containing 64 questions. The questionnaire was divided into 2 parts: the first part asking 36 questions to find out opinions of the school teachers toward the administrative work of their school administrators. The item discriminative power of this part was between .38-.63 and its reliability was .91. The second part of this questionnaire surveyed the work motivation of the school teachers. The item discriminative power of this second part was between .36-.64 and its reliability was .89. The sample group in this study was 103 teachers teaching in border center schools in Pong Nam Ron district, Chanthaburi. Statistics used for data analysis in this study included frequency, percentage, average (Mean), Standard Deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. This study found that 1. The administrative work of the school administrators in border center schools in Pong Nam Ron district, Chanthaburi, overall and each aspect, was at a high level. 2. The work motivation of the school teachers teaching in border center schools in Pong Nam Ron district, Chanthaburi, overall and each aspect, was at a high level. 3. The relationship between the administrative work of the school administrators and the work motivation of the school teachers was positively correlated, both in overall and each aspect, at a very high significant level of .01.
