dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการศึกษาการบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตภาคตะวันออก และ 2) สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคตะวันออก ขั้นตอนการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน 1) การศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผล และตัวแปรที่ส่งผลต่อต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยใช้ วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนจำนวน 5 คน 2) การสร้างรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 580 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนและวิเคราะห์ความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป 3) การพัฒนารูปแบบ ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยใช้การวิธีสนทนากลุ่ม ของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 12 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความสัมพันธ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคตะวันออก พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชนสังกัด สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคตะวันออก มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูล เชิงประจักษ์ โดยมี Chi-square = 562.16, df = 192, ค่า CMIN/ DF = 2.92, ค่า NFI = 0.95, ค่า GFI = 0.93, ค่า RMSEA = 0.05, ค่า RMR = 0.30 โดยตัวแปร ปัจจัยผู้นำทางวิชาการ ปัจจัยการประกันคุณภาพภายใน ปัจจัยการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และปัจจัยบรรยากาศโรงเรียน สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการจัดการศึกษา ที่มีประสิทธิผลได้ร้อยละ 78 3. รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเอกชนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนในเขตภาคตะวันออก ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ ปัจจัยบรรยากาศโรงเรียน ปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพ ปัจจัย การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และปัจจัยการประกันคุณภาพภายใน

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this mixed-methods research were 1) to study conditions of education management and administration of private secondary schools under the Office of Private Education Commission in the eastern region of Thailand and 2) to develop a causal relationship model of factors influencing the effectiveness of education management of private secondary schools under the Office of Private Education Commission in the eastern region of Thailand. The research consisted of three steps. The first step was studying levels of achievement and factors that influenced the effectiveness of schools by interview five private school administrators. The second step was developing a causal relationship model of school administration by using a questionnaire to collect data from 580 school administrators derived from stratified random samplings. A statistical package was used to analyze the congruency of the model. In the third step, the model was further refined by the focus-group approach with 12 experts selected by purposive sampling. The statistical analyses used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson-correlation efficiency values, and confirmatory factor analyses by a statistical package, The results were as follows: First, the effectiveness of the private secondary school management in the eastern region, in overall and each aspect, were at high level. Second, the causal relationship model of education management of private secondary schools in the eastern region of Thailand was consistent with the empirical data with the Chi-square = 562.16, df = 192, CMIN/ DF = 2.92, NFI = 0.95, GFI = 0.93, RMSEA = 0.05, RMR = 0.30. Academic leadership, internal quality assurance, human resource management, and school atmosphere were the factors that could account for 78% of the variances in the effective education management. Third, the developed causal relationship model of factors for effective education management of private secondary schools in the eastern region of Thailand consisted of factors such as academic leadership, school atmosphere, quality management, human resource management, and internal quality assurance.
