dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ศึกษา การขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อการขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 273 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .62 ถึง .92 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบลำดับชั้น (Stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาส่งผลต่อการขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 4. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ การขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 ที่ดีที่สุดได้ดังนี้ = 0.332 + 0.302 (X1) + 0.330 (X3) + 0.285 (X4) หรือในรูปสมการคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ = 0.415 (Z1) + 0.380 (Z3) + 0.421 (Z4)

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were 1) to study the transformational leadership of educational administrators, 2) to study the mobilizing of educational institutions to ASEAN community and, 3) to study a relationship between transformational leadership of educational administrators and mobilizing of educational institutions to ASEAN community under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 273 primary school teachers under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument was a five-scales rating questionnaire. This instrument had the discrimination power range from .68 to .92 and the coefficient of reliability was .99. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. This research results were that; 1. The overall transformational leadership of educational administrators under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the high level. 2. The overall mobilizing of educational institutions to ASEAN community of educational administrators under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the high level. 3. The transformational leadership of educational administrators affected the mobilizing of educational institutions to ASEAN community under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed a statistically significant at .01 level. 4. The transformational leadership of educational administrators can be written in the equation to predict the mobilizing educational institutions to ASEAN community under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as followings: = 0.332 + 0.302 (X1) + 0.330 (X3) + 0.285 (X4) or the equation in the form of standard score: = 0.415 (Z1) + 0.380 (Z3) + 0.421 (Z4)
