dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนต้น และชั้นประถมศึกษา ตอนปลาย จำแนกตามประเภทของโรงเรียน คือ โรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริตและ ไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการ ศึกษาปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับชั้นและประเภทของโรงเรียนต่อคุณลักษณะ ที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา และเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี การสุ่มตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบสองขั้นตอน ได้ตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ปกครอง คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาจากโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการและไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต รวมตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 476 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามจำนวน 2 ฉบับ ประกอบด้วยฉบับที่ 1แบบสอบถามแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี และฉบับที่ 2 แบบสอบถามปลายเปิดเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนพหุคูณ 2 ทาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามระดับชั้นและโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยที่ระดับประถมศึกษาตอนต้น คุณลักษณะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ มีจิตสาธารณะ ส่วนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย คุณลักษณะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ มีทักษะกระบวนการคิด 2. คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามประเภทของการเข้าร่วมโครงการและโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยที่คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ มีทักษะกระบวนการคิด ส่วนคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนที่ไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ มีจิตสาธารณะ 3. ไม่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับชั้นและประเภทของการเข้าร่วมโครงการต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี (p > .05) 4. แนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ มีความคิดเห็นว่า ควรใช้วิธีการปลูกฝังคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์โดยสอดแทรกในกิจวัตรประจำวัน บูรณาการ ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 8 กลุ่มสาระ และจัดโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were 1) to study desirable characteristics of primary school students in Chonburi classified by school types and school status whether or not the schools participate in the “Upright” project, 2) to study the interactions between the two factors, and 3) to propose a framework for the development of the desirable characteristics of primary school students in Chonburi. The subjects used in this research were drawn from a two-stage sampling technique. In total, there were 476 subjects including primary school students, administrators, teachers, parents and school committee board. Two questionnaires sets were designed in this research. One was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaire regarding the descriptions of the desirable characteristics for primary students in Chonburi. The other was an open-ended questionnaire asking the ways of development in the desirable characteristics for primary school students in Chonburi. To analyse these data several statistics included Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and two-way MANOVA was used. The results of the study show as follows: 1. The desirable characteristics for primary school students in Chonburi classified by school types (junior and senior primary school) in general was at a high level. Public mind was the most desirable characteristic for the students in junior primary school, whereas the skill of thinking was found the most desirable characteristic for those in the senior primary school. 2. The desirable characteristics for primary students in Chonburi classified by schools participation in the “Upright” project in general was at a high level and was at a moderate for schools which do not participate in such the project. Skill of thinking was the most desirable characteristic for the students in school participating in the “Upright” project, whereas the public mind was the most desirable characteristic for students in schools which do not participate in the “Upright” project. 3. There was no interaction between grade level and the participation of the “Upright” project towards the desirable characteristics for primary school students in Chonburi (p > .05). 4. To develop the desirable characteristics of the primary school students, this study reports that the students should be educated with the integration of the desired attributes in their daily activities as well as in the eight subjects. Moreover, the schools should initiate projects for developing desirable characteristics.
