dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานโดยใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลนครสมุทรปราการ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 127 คน ได้แก่ พนักงานครู และบุคลากรสนับสนุน จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและประสบการณ์ ปีการศึกษา 2559 โดยใช้ตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, p. 608) ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ("X" ̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Scheffe (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารงานโดยใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลนครสมุทรปราการ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้น ด้านหลักการมีส่วนร่วม และด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานโดยใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลนครสมุทรปราการ จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านหลักคุณธรรม แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research was aimed to study and compare the administration of school administrators by using good governance of school administrators under the Samutprakarn City Municipality as classified by position and experience. The samples were 127 teachers and support personnels in the academic year 2016, obtained through stratified random sampling. The research tool was a rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s method. The findings were as follows: 1. The administration by using good governance of school administrators under Samutprakarn City Municipality in overall and each aspects were at medium level except participation and cost principle were at a high level. 2. The comparison of the administration by using good governance of the school administrators classified by positions in overall were not statically significant difference, when classified by experience in overall and each aspects there were statically significant difference at the .05 level, excepted moral principle was not statically significant difference.
