dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่งการปฏิบัติงานพัสดุ และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุ และเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุ จำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกเป็นรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .25-.87 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นมีค่าเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธี LSD ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 ตามความเห็นของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่งานพัสดุ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้า เจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุ และเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับปัญหาจากมาก ไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการจำหน่ายพัสดุ ด้านการจัดหาพัสดุ ด้านการบำรุงรักษาพัสดุ และด้านการควบคุมพัสดุ 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งการปฏิบัติงานพัสดุ ใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่ โดยวิธี LSD ผลการเปรียบเทียบพบว่า ปัญหาโดยรวมและ รายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการบริหารงานพัสดุของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน ใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่ โดยวิธี LSD ผลการเปรียบเทียบพบว่า ปัญหาโดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานพัสดุของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 ด้านการจัดหาพัสดุ ควรจัดทำทะเบียนคุณลักษณะครุภัณฑ์แต่ละรายการ เพื่อสะดวกในการจัดหาพัสดุ ด้านการควบคุมพัสดุ ควรจัดเก็บพัสดุให้เป็นระเบียบเพื่อสะดวกต่อการตรวจนับ ด้านการบำรุงรักษาพัสดุ ควรอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ให้มีความรู้ในการซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษาเบื้องต้น และด้านการจำหน่าย พัสดุ ควรจัดอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่พัสดุที่ปฏิบัติงานการจำหน่ายพัสดุให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to determine problems and guidelines of solutions of material & supply management in secondary schools in Chachoengsao Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 6 as classified by personnel positions of material supply operation and sizes of school. Ninety school Administrators, Chief material supply officers, and material supply officers were participated in this study. Additionally, a five-point rating scale questionnaire with range of item discrimination power between .25-.87 and reliability value of .97 was used as a data collection tool. The statistics used for data analysis were Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), and One-way ANOVA, and Least Square Difference (LSD). The results revealed that; 1. According to secondary school administrators, chief material supply officers, and material supply officers, that the overall and aspect-based problems of material & supply management in secondary schools in Chachoengsao Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 6 were at a moderate level by descending order as follow; material supplies distribution, material supplies procurement, material supplies maintenance, and material supplies control. 2. The comparison of problems of material & supply management in secondary schools in Chachoengsao Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area 6 as classified by positions of material supply operation after performing the One-way ANOVA and Least Square Difference (LSD) found that the overall and aspect-based problems were statistically significant difference at .05, except the aspects of material supplies maintainance and control which were not significantly significant difference. 3. The comparison of problems of material & supply management in Secondary Schools in Chachoengsao Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 6 as classified by sizes of school by performing One-way ANOVA and Least Square Difference (LSD) found that the overall and aspect-based problems were statistically significant difference at .05. 4. Guided Solutions of material & supply management in Secondary Schools in Chachoengsao Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area 6 suggest that it should create the descriptive list of material supplies details item by item in order to find the supplies more easily. For material supplies control, it should gather and store the supplies orderly in order to check more conveniently. For material supplies maintenance, it should train the staffs and officers to gain the knowledge about basic maintenance. Finally, material supplies distribution, it should train the staffs and officers who responsible for supplies distribution to gain more knowledge about its processes and operations.
