dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเครือข่ายที่ 71 สำนักงานเขตบางขุนเทียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ทำงาน และวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรสนับสนุนทางการศึกษาเครือข่ายที่ 71 สำนักงานเขตบางขุนเทียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2559 โดยใช้ตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 608-610 อ้างถึงใน สมุทร ชำนาญ, 2557, หน้า 83) ได้ทั้งหมด 140 คน ซึ่งทำได้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ ซึ่งได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .60-.93 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและนำเสนอข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) และความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเครือข่ายที่ 71 สำนักงานเขต บางขุนเทียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเครือข่ายที่ 71 สำนักงานเขตบางขุนเทียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่าง ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นด้านผู้นำ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานโดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และจำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านผู้นำ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านวิชาการ และด้านความสามารถในการบริหารงาน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to study and compare desirable characteristics of school administrators in cluster 71 under Bangkunthian District, Bangkok Metropolitan as classified by status, experience and qualification. The sample used in this study was 140 administrators and teachers in cluster 71 under Bangkunthian District, Bangkok Metropolitan at 2016. The criteria used to determine the size of the sample was suggested based on Krejcie & Morgan’s table. The instrument used in this research was a five-point scale questionnaire, with the item discriminative power between .60-.93 and the reliability of .96. The statistics used to analyze the data was Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test and One-way ANOVA, and Sheffe’s Test. This study revealed that: 1. The desirable characteristics of school administrators in cluster 71 under Bangkunthian District, Bangkok Metropolitan as a whole and each aspect was at a high level. They are put in order from high to low as the following: Personality, Ability to manage, Academic, Leadership, Ethics, and Human Relations. 2. The comparison desirable characteristics of school administrators in cluster 71 under Bangkunthian District, Bangkok Metropolitan as classified by status as a whole and each aspect showed no statistical significant difference: except in the area of Leadership was found that statistically significantly at .05 level. However when comparison the desirable characteristics of school administrators from the classified by experience and qualification of the participants as a whole and each aspect, this study showed no statistical significant difference: except in the area of Human Relations and Ethics which were found statistically significantly at .05 level.
