dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงปฏิรูปของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาศึกษา การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงปฏิรูปกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำนวน 282 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบมาตราวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงปฏิรูปของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีค่าอำนาจจำแนกกรายข้อระหว่าง .42-.71 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .93 และ ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกกรายข้อระหว่าง .37-.60 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (r) (Pearson’s Product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงปฏิรูปของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมในแต่ละรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมในแต่ละรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงปฏิรูปกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research was to study transformational leadership of the school administrators, academic administration of the school administrators and the relationship between transformational leadership and the academic administration of the school administrators under the Office Trat Primary Educational Service Area. The sample in this study consisted of 282 teachers in schools under the Office Trat Primary Educational Service Area in 2016 academic year. The research in trument used for collecting data was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The first part of this questionnaire investigated transformational leadership of the school administrators. Its item discrimination power was between .42 and .71. The reliability coefficient of this part was .93. The second part of this questionnaire surveyed academic administration. Its item discrimination power was between .37and .60. The reliability coefficient was .90. Statistics for data analysis in this study were Mean, Standard Deviations and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of research were: 1. Transformational leadership of the school administrators under the Office Trat Primary Educational Service Area as a whole and all aspects was at a high level. 2. Academic administration of the school administrators under the Office Trad Primary Educational Service Area as a whole and all aspects was at a high level. 3. The relationship between transformational leadership and the academic administration of the school administrators under the Office Trat Primary Educational Service Areaw as positively correlated at a high level, with a significantly significance level at .01.
