dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของครูตามเกณฑ์ตัวบ่งชี้ สมรรถนะครูไทย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ของโรงเรียนศรีมหาโพธิ สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนศรีมหาโพธิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 ในปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 58 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ สมรรถนะหลักของครู ซึ่งมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .47-.63 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .91 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. สมรรถนะหลักของครูตามเกณฑ์ตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะครูไทย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน ของโรงเรียนศรีมหาโพธิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 โดยรวมและ รายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย คือ จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ การบริการที่ดี การทำงานเป็นทีม การมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และการพัฒนาตนเอง ตามลำดับ 2. เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของครูตามเกณฑ์ตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะครูไทย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการ การศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ของโรงเรียนศรีมหาโพธิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของครูโรงเรียนศรีมหาโพธิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ 4. เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของครูโรงเรียนศรีมหาโพธิ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare teachers’ core competency based on Thai teacher indicators by the Office of the Basic Education Commission of Srimahaphot School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7, as classified by gender, work experience, and educational qualifications. The sample of the study consisted of 58 teachers teaching at Srimahaphot School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7 in the academic year 2017. A questionnaire on teachers' core competency with the discriminating power between .47-.63, and the reliability at .91 was used as an instrument for data collection. Mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test were statistical devices employed for data analysis. The findings revealed as follows: 1. Teachers’ core competency based on Thai teacher indicators by the Office of the Basic Education Commission of Srimahaphot School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7, as a whole and in each particular aspect, was found at a highest level. Ranked from more to less were the aspects of Teacher's Ethics and Integrity, Service Mind, Team Work, Working Achievement Motivation, and Self-Development, respectively. 2. On the comparison of teachers’ core competency based on Thai teacher indicators by the Office of the Basic Education Commission of Srimahaphot School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7, classified by gender, as a whole and in each particular aspect, no statistically significant differences were found. 3. On the comparison of teachers’ core competency based on Thai teacher indicators by the Office of the Basic Education Commission of Srimahaphot School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7, classified by work experience, as a whole and in each particular aspect, no statistically significant differences were found. 4. On the comparison of teachers’ core competency based on Thai teacher indicators by the Office of the Basic Education Commission of Srimahaphot School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7, classified by educational qualifications, as a whole and in each particular aspect, there were significant differences at the statistical level of .05, except in the aspect of Teacher's Ethics and Integrity, in which no significant difference was found.
