dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อการพัฒนาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพ การประกันคุณภาพภายในสมาคมกีฬาซอฟท์บอลแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อศึกษาความเหมาะสมและความสอดคล้องกันขององค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพ ด้วยการประเมินความคิดเห็นสอดคล้อง โดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 17 คน ในการประเมินวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่ามัธยฐาน ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนควอไทล์ และประเมินความเหมาะสม โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 202 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .989 นำเสนอผลการประเมินโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของการประกันคุณภาพภายในสมาคมกีฬา ซอฟท์บอลแห่งประเทศไทย มีดังนี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ระบบการบริหารจัดการ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ระบบการพัฒนานักกีฬา องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ระบบการพัฒนาบุคลากรกีฬา องค์ประกอบที่ 4 ระบบการจัดการแข่งขัน และองค์ประกอบที่ 5 ระบบการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล และแต่ละองค์ประกอบมีความเห็นสอดคล้องเหมาะสม 2) ตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพของการประกันคุณภาพภายในสมาคมกีฬาซอฟท์บอลแห่งประเทศไทย มีดังนี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ระบบ การบริหารจัดการ มี 13 ตัวชี้วัด องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ระบบการพัฒนานักกีฬา มี 8 ตัวชี้วัด องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ระบบการพัฒนาบุคลากรกีฬาซอฟท์บอล มี 6 ตัวชี้วัด องค์ประกอบที่ 4 ระบบการจัดการแข่งขัน มี 3 ตัวชี้วัด และองค์ประกอบที่ 5 ระบบการบริหารจัดการตามหลัก ธรรมาภิบาล มี 4 ตัวชี้วัด 3) การประเมินความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบ และตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพของการประกันคุณภาพภายในสมาคมกีฬาซอฟท์บอลแห่งประเทศไทยที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมทั้งองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพ และมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to 1) develop the internal quality assurance factors and indicators for the Softball Association of Thailand 2) study the suitability and conformity of the quality factors and indicators. The application of the Delphi Technique was used to evaluate the conformity. The data analysis technique was Median Quartile Deviation. The samples in this research study was 202 research samples. Multistage Random Sampling was applied to identify the samples. The research instrument was a five-point-rating scale questionnaires developed by the researcher. The realiability of this questionnaires was .989. Statistics used in this study were Mean (x), Standard Deviation (SD), and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The research results were: 1) 5 factors of the internal quality assurance for the Softball Association of Thailand include Factor 1: Management System, Factor 2: Softball Players Development System, Factor 3: Personnel Development System, Factor 4: Competition Holding System, and Factor 5: The Good Governance Principles System. Each factors are suitable and they are all conformity. 2) The indicators of the internal quality assurance for the Softball Association of Thailand are Factor 1: Management System 13 indicators, Factor 2: Softball Players Development System 8 indicators, Factor 3: Personnel Development System 6 indicators, Factor 4: Competition Holding System 3 indicators, and Factor 5: The Good Governance Principles System 4 indicators. 3) The evaluation of appropriateness of factors and indicators of the internal quality assurance for the Softball Association of Thailand which are developed in this study are at a high level.
