dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบบูรณากิจศึกษาประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ รายวิชา การออกแบบผังโรงงาน สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ มีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะดังนี้ 1) เพื่อสร้างและปรับปรุงระบบบูรณากิจศึกษาประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ รายวิชาการออกแบบผังโรงงาน สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ 2) เพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบบูรณากิจศึกษาประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ รายวิชาการออกแบบผังโรงงาน สาชาวิชาเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ ตามเกณฑ์ E1/ E2 = 80/ 80 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่เรียนจากระบบบูรณากิจศึกษาประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ รายวิชาการออกแบบผังโรงงาน สาชาวิชาเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ด้านหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนและการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ จำนวนด้านละ 5 คน รวม 10 คน 2) นิสิตปริญญาตรี จำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ระบบ บูรณากิจศึกษาประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ รายวิชาการออกแบบผังโรงงาน สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรม อุตสาหการ 2) แบบทดสอบระหว่างเรียน 3) แบบทดสอบหลังเรียน 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่า E1/ E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระบบบูรณากิจศึกษาประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ รายวิชาการออกแบบผังโรงงาน สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ 2) การวางแผนการสอนร่วมกับการทำงาน 3) การสนับสนุนผู้เรียนผ่านเครือข่าย 4) การจัดกิจกรรม การสอนออนไลน์บน Google App for Education 5) การประเมินผล และแก้ไขปรับปรุง 2. ประสิทธิภาพของระบบบูรณากิจศึกษาประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ รายวิชาการออกแบบผังโรงงาน สาชาวิชาเทคโนโลยีวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ E1/ E2 เท่ากับ 82.87/ 83.75 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ ที่กำหนด 3. นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบบูรณากิจศึกษาประสบการณ์วิชาชีพในระดับ มากที่สุด

dc.description.abstractalternative	The aims of the research were to develop the work integrated learning system for professional industrial plant designs for the industrial engineering technology program with the specific purposes as follow; 1) to develop the professional learning integrating system. 2) to validate the efficiency of the developed professional learning integrating system based on the criteria E1/ E2 = 80/ 80, and 3) to study the satisfaction of the users of the professional learning integrating system. The research samples were; 10 specialists, 5 comprised of educational technology and 5 on cumilum and instruction, and 40 undergraduate students, selected by a multistage sampling techniques. The research instruments were; 1) the work integrated learning system for professional on industrial plant designs. 2) the formative testing forms. 3) the summative testing form, and the satisfaction questionnaires. The statistics used for the data analysis were E1/ E2, means, percentages, and standard deviation. The research results were that 1) the work integrated learning system on professional industrial plant designs in industrial engineering program consisted of 5 elements namely; the situation analysis, wil lesson plan and working sharing, the learner supporting through networking, the on line activities using Google App for education and the evaluation and improvement. 2) The efficiency of the system was E1/ E2 = 82.87/ 83.75 which meet the criterion. 3) The student’s satisfaction towards the integrated learning system was at highest satisfaction.
