dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมใน การบริหารสถานศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา สถานภาพของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี 11 โรงเรียน จำนวน 113 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมใน การจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน เป็นแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามแบบของลิเคิร์ท (Likert) โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนก (Discriminition) ตั้งแต่ .62-.97 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (Xˉ ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และเมื่อมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ Scheffe’ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ 3. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรีจำแนกตามช่วงอายุ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และเผยแพร่ผลงานแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรีจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และสถานภาพ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรีจำแนกขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นด้านการปฏิบัติการและด้านการเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ผลงานแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05.

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study and compare the level of participation management of Basic Education Schools in Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, as classified by gender, age, qualification status of school board and the size of the school. The population used in this research was 113 elementary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. Data collection instrument in this study was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaire. The questionnaire had its item discriminating power between .62-.97. The reliability of this questionnaire was at .97. The statistical methods used in this study were Mean (Xˉ ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe's method of multiple comparison test. The research reached the following conclusions: 1. The participation of educational management of schools under Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization overall and individual aspect was at a high level. 2. The comparison of participation in the educational management of the basic education schools under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization classified by gender as a whole and in each aspect was not significantly difference. 3. The comparison of participation of basic school committee in educational management of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization classified by age group, overall and individual aspect were statistically significant differences at the .05 level, except the public relations and dissemination of works, which were statistically insignificant. 4. The comparison of participation of the basic school committee in the educational management of schools under the jurisdiction of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, classified by educational background and overall and individual status, found statistically significant difference at the .05 level. 5. The comparison of participation of basic school board committee in educational management of schools under the jurisdiction of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization classified by the size of school overall and individual aspect were not statistically significant, except for the operation and dissemination, which had statistically significantly difference at .05 level.
