dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนของโรงเรียนบ้านสำนักทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ด้วยการวิจัย เชิงคุณภาพ โดยสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 1 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 9 คน คณะกรรมสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 5 คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนระดับ ชั้นประถมศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน ผู้ปกครองระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 25 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) การตรวจสอบข้อมูลสามเส้า (Triangulation analysis) การยืนยันของมูล (Confirmation) และการสรุปผลเชิงอุปนัย (Inductive analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนของโรงเรียนบ้านสำนักทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ได้แก่ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ โรงเรียน ด้านการให้บริการชุมชน และด้านการเข้ามีส่วนร่วมในชุมชน มีการดำเนินงานไม่เหมาะสม การประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ชุมชนรับรู้ข่าวสารภายในโรงเรียนน้อยไม่ทั่วถึง ทำให้ไม่ทราบข้อมูลหรือกิจกรรมต่างๆภายในโรงเรียน การให้บริการชุมชนยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร เพราะโรงเรียนขาดบุคลากร ที่ขาดความเชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับการใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คนในชุมชนไม่สะดวกในการทำกิจกรรมเพราะมีอาชีพที่หลากหลาย มีเวลาไม่ตรงกัน จึงทำให้การจัดกิจกรรมทำได้ยาก และการเข้าไป มีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนยังไม่มากเท่าที่ควร 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ มีการตั้งบอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์หน้าโรงเรียน แจกเอกสารผู้ปกครองอย่างทั่วถึงและสม่ำเสมอ ประชาสัมพันธ์เสียงตามสายให้ชุมชนทราบถึงกิจกรรมและความรู้จากทางโรงเรียน ด้านการให้ บริการชุมชน พัฒนาทักษะความรู้ให้กับบุคลากรในเรื่องที่ชุมชนสนใจและจัดกิจกรรมที่สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน ด้านการเข้ามีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนจัดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมและเพียงพอ เพื่อให้บริการแก่ชุมชนอย่างทั่วถึง

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this qualitative research was to study the relationship between school and communities of Bansamnakthong School under the Rayong Educational Service Area Office 1. Different groups of informats were interviewed in this study. The Structured interview technique was applied to obtain data from 25 key informants which were 1 school administrators, 9 teachers, 5 basic education school committees, 5 parents and 5 secondary parents. The data analyzing techniques in this study were content analysis, triangulation analysis, confirmation, and inductive analysis. The results of the study were as follow: 1. The relationship between school and communities of Bansamnakthong School under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 included as relationship between school and communities, community service and participation in community. However, the work was not cooperated properly, therefore parents do not receive news information, and activities. Community service is not good enough, because the school does not have. It experts who can look after the work concerning PR. People in the community that are inconvenient to join activities because they have to work and have no time to take part in the activities invited by the school. Participation in community is not as much as it should be. 2. The guidelines for the development of relationship are reported in three aspects. The school should use 1) bulletin boards 2) audio line for People in the community to know about knowledge and activities, and 3) arranging activities that could benefit people in the community as well as offer programs that promote the relationship between the school and community. Community service has to personnel development about community interest and organizes activities about community relations activities. Participation in community has to appropriately prepare activities and thoroughly service community.
