dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือ นักเรียนของครูในศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย ครั้งนี้ คือ ครูที่ปรึกษาในศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำนวน 111 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 46 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .23-.61 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบ รายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูในศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูในศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนโดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่าง ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูในศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โรงเรียนควรจัดหาวิธีการและแนวทาง ในการพัฒนานักเรียนอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยการจัดทำเป็นนโยบายของสถานศึกษาในการปฏิบัติ ที่เป็นรูปแบบที่ชัดเจนและมีคุณภาพต่อไป

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study and compare the administration of student support system for teachers in Phatra Burapha Center under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by education level, working experience, and size of school. The sample of this study consisted of 111 teachers in Phatra Burapha Center under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was 46 item five rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination of .23-.61 and the reliability of .91. Data was analyzed through statistics including frequency, Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe test. The results of this research showed as follows: 1. Problem of managing student support system facing teachers in Phatra Burapha Center under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office was at high level both in general And each aspect. 2. At overall and individual aspect, the sample with different education level and working experience had insignificantly different opinions towards the problem of managing student support system both in general and each aspect. An exception was an aspect of student support with statistical significant difference at .05. The sample with different size of school had insignificantly different opinions towards the problem of managing student support system both in general and each aspect. An exception was an aspect of personal association with student with statistical significant difference at .05. 3. For the guidelines to manage student support system for teachers in Phatra Burapha Center under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, school should provide methods and solutions for developing student support systematically by setting school policy in clear and quality practice.
