dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาเขต 18 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 98 คน โดยการเปิดตารางเคจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) แบ่ง 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 สภาพทั่วไปของผู้ตรวจ แบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 เกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมเขต 18 จำนวน 33 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.30-0.89 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการหาค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพัทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้าน มีการบริหารอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการกำหนดแผน ด้านการสร้างความตระหนัก ด้านการนิเทศ ติดตามและประเมินผล ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ เผยแพร่ผลงาน ด้านการประสานความร่วมมือ และด้านการพัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถให้บุคลากร ตามลำดับ 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาเขต 18 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were studying and comparing management of student development activities of Mabtaputpanpitayakarn School Rayong Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, classified by educational background and work experience of teachers. The sample of the research was 98 teachers in Mabtaputpanpitayakarn School, Mueng Rayong, Rayong, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 during 2559 academic year. The tool of the research was a questionnaires which was divided into two parts. The first part was general information. The second part was 33 questions serwaying teachers opinions to the management of student development activities of Mabtaputpanpitayakarn School Rayong Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The item discrimination of the questions was between 0.30-0.89. The reliability was at 0.96. Statistics used to analyze the data were X, SD, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The results were concluded as follows 1. Overall and each aspect, management of student development activities of Mabtaputpanpitayakarn School Rayong Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 was at an excellent level. Ranging from hight to low this study reported plan specify, raising awareness, supervision, monitoring and evaluation, exchanging knowledge and publish works, cooperation, knowledge development talent capability. 2. The comparison of management of student development activities of Mabtaputpanpitayakarn School Rayong Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, as classified by educational background and work experience of teacher showed no are different and don’t have statistically significant difference both in general and each aspect.
