dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนคติของครูในเขตอำเภอเมืองบึงกาฬ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา บึงกาฬ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอเมืองบึงกาฬสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 210 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .42-.89 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและกรณีที่พบความแตกต่างผู้วิจัยทดสอบรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนคติของครูในเขตอำเภอเมืองบึงกาฬ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ อำนาจการให้รางวัล อำนาจพึ่งพา อำนาจอ้างอิง อำนาจตามกฎหมาย อำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญ อำนาจข่าวสารข้อมูล และอำนาจการบังคับ 2. ผลเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนคติของครูในเขตอำเภอเมืองบึงกาฬ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ ในการทำงานโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ผลเปรียบเทียบการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนคติของครูในเขตอำเภอเมืองบึงกาฬ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The aim of this study was to examine and compare authority of administrators based on by teachers’ perspectives in Beungkan district, under the Office of Beungkan Primary Education Service Area. The subjects were classified into work experience and school size. The samples were 210 teachers who were working during academic year of 2016 in Beungkan district, under the Office of Beungkan Primary Education Service Area. Research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The item discrimination power was between .42-.89. The reliability of questionnaire was at .92. Statistics used in data analysis were Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One - way ANOVA, and Scheffe's method. The results of the study were as follow; 1. The results of the power authority of administrators viewed by teachers in Beungkan district, under the Office of Beungkan Primary Education Service Area was reported at a hight level in both general and each aspect of the study. They were put in order from high to low as the following order: Power of Reward, Power of Dependence, Power of Reference, Power of Law, Power of Expertise, Power of Information, and Power of Force. 2. The comparism of the authority of administrators as Opinions by teachers in Beungkan district, under the Office of Beungkan Primary Education Service Area according to work experience was not different statistically significant in general. 3. The comparism of authority of administrators viewed by teachers in Beungkan district, under the Office of Beungkan Primary Education Service Area according to school size was statistically significant at .05 in general.
