dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การบริหารงาน และประเภทของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 181 คนโดยใช้เกณฑ์กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan แล้วใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามประเภทของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .53-.86 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ การคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล การกระตุ้นทางสติปัญญา การสร้าง แรงบันดาลใจ และการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ การบริหารงานและประเภทของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and comparethe transformational leadership of school administrators under Roi-Et Primary Education Service Area Office 2 classified by educational level, administration experiences, and school type (Primary and expanding opportunity school). The samples consisted of 181of administrators under Roi-Et Primary Education Service Area Office 2, academic year 2016 by using Krejcie and Morgan. The stratified random sampling was done by using school type. The research instruments used for data collection was a 5 point-rating scale questionnaires asking 30 questions. Discrimination item was between 0.53-0.86 and reliability was at 0.98. The data analysis was done by Mean, Standard Deviation and t-test for independent samples. The research results were as follows; 1. Transformational leadership of school administrators under Roi-Et Primary Education Service Area Office 2 as a whole and each individual aspect was at a high level the descending order of the average showed; individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation and idealized influence. 2. The comparison oftransformational leadership of school administratorsunder Roi-EtPrimary Education Service Area Office 2classified by administration experience and school type as a whole and each individual aspect wasnot statisticallysignificant different. When classifying by education level of the subjects, as a whole and each individual aspect, this study reported statistically significant difference at 0.05 level, except idealized influence which was not statistically significant different.
