dc.description.abstract	การดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของ ข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสฤษดิเดช อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู โรงเรียนสฤษดิเดช อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จากตารางการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-610) จำนวน 104 คน และดำเนินการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามวุฒิการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ มีอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .43-79 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคาดหวังของข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสฤษดิเดช อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงอันดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ การประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการกับสถานศึกษาอื่น การส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านวิชาการ แก่ชุมชน และการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ 2. ความคาดหวังของข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสฤษดิเดช อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare teachers' expectation towards academic administration of Sarididet School, Muang District, Chanthaburi Province under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, as classified by educational qualifications and work experience The sample included teaching officers of Sarididet School, Muang District, Chanthaburi Province under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in the academic year 2016. Based on Krejcie & Morgan Sample Size Table (1970, pp. 607-610), the sample of the study consisted of 104 teachers, and then derived by means of stratified random sampling method using educational qualifications as a criterion. A 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the discrimination power between .43-79 and with the reliability at .97 was an instrument used for data collection. Mean, standard deviation, and One-Way ANOVA were statistical devices for the data analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The level of parents' expectation towards academic administration of Sarididet School, Muang District, Chanthaburi Province under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, was found at a high level. Ranked from the first more to less average scores were the aspects of cooperation in academic development with other schools, promotion of academic knowledge to communities, and development of the learning process, respectively. 2. The level of parents' expectation towards academic administration of Sarididet School, Muang District, Chanthaburi Province under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by educational qualifications and work experience, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, no statistically significant differences were found.
