dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การ แห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเครือข่ายโรงเรียนที่ 43(5) สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูในโรงเรียนเครือข่าย จำนวน 103 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .44 ถึง .96 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ("X" ̅) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าวิกฤตที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) เมื่อพบว่าแตกต่างกันได้ทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ LSD ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในเครือข่ายโรงเรียนที่ 43(5) สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความรอบรู้แห่งตน ด้านแบบแผนความคิดอ่าน ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม และด้านความคิดเชิงระบบ ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในเครือข่ายโรงเรียนที่ 43(5) สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา คือ ปริญญาตรี และสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในเครือข่ายโรงเรียนที่ 43(5) สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนเป็นรายคู่ โดยรวมโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่กับขนาดเล็ก และขนาดกลางกับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนคู่อื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน โดยโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมีพฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมากกว่าโรงเรียนขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่ 4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในเครือข่ายโรงเรียนที่ 43(5) สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน คือ ต่ำกว่า 10 ปี และ10 ปีขึ้นไป โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to study and compare the administrative behaviors towards learning organization of the school administrators in the school cluster 43(5) at Nongchok Office of Bangkok. The sample of the study comprised 103 teachers from the school cluster. The research instrument used for collecting data was a 5-rating-scale questionnaire with 40 questions on the administrative behaviors towards learning organization. The discrimination of each item was between .44 and .96 and reliability was at .98. The obtained data was statistically analyzed and interpreted Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Least Significant Difference (LSD). The results of the study reveal as follows: 1. The administrative behaviors towards learning organization of the school administrators in the school cluster 43(5) at Nongchok Office of Bangkok were at a high level in overall and each aspect of the study, which were descended according to the mean as follows: personal mastery, mental models, team learning, shared vision, and systematic thinking, respectively. 2. The administrative behaviors towards learning organization of the school administrators in the school cluster 43(5) at Nongchok Office of Bangkok classified by the education levels: undergraduate and graduate levels were different without statistical significance in overall and each aspect of the study. 3. The administrative behaviors towards learning organization of the school administrators in the school cluster 43(5) at Nongchok Office of Bangkok classified as a pair by the school sizes: large, medium, and small schools were different with the statistical significance at 0.05 level. The school administrators at the small schools had higher administrative behaviors towards learning organization than those in the large and medium schools, and the medium schools had higher administrative behaviors towards learning organization than those of the large schools. 4. The administrative behaviors towards learning organization of the school administrators in the school cluster 43(5) at Nongchok Office of Bangkok classified by the work experience: below and above 10-year experience were different without statistical significance in overall and each aspect of the study.
