dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำนวน 289 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตาราง Krejcie and Morgan (1970, p. 608) จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) ระดับค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .25-.74 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ("X" ̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ทำการทดสอบหาความแตกต่างรายคู่ของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe' test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านความยุติธรรม ด้านการเอาใจใส่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านด้านความซื่อสัตย์ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ 3. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านการเอาใจใส่ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ด้านความยุติธรรม แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research was to study the ethical leadership of school administrators under the Office of Trad Primary Educational Service Area, classified by the location of school and school size. The samples consisted of 289 governmental teachers of Trad Primary Educational Service Area Office. The number of samples was suggested based on the table of Krejcie and Earyle W. Morgan (1970). Stratified random sampling was applied to identify samples in this study. The research instrument was a five rating scale questionnaire, the level of discrimination was .25-.74. The confidence level of questionnaire was at .95. Statistics for data analysis were Mean ("X" ̅), Standard Deviation (SD), One-way ANOVA and Scheffe multiple comparison’ method. The research found that; 1. The ethical leadership of school administrators under the Office of Trad Primary Educational Service Area was rate at a high level. 2. The comparison of ethical leadership of school administrators under the Office of Trad Primary Educational Service Area was classified by the location of school was at .05 level of statistical significance. The consideration the aspect such as trust aspect, fairness aspect and taking care aspect had .05 level of statistical significance. This excepted the honesty aspect which was not statistically significant difference. 3. The result of comparison of the ethical leadership of school administrators under the Office of Trad Primary Educational Service Area was classified by the school size was at .05 level of statistical significance. Trust was statistical significant .05 level. Honesty aspect, fairness aspect and taking care aspect was not statistically significant different.
