dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูโรงเรียนบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 18 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) แบ่ง 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนบางละมุง จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.24-0.81 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .95 ตอนที่ 2 เกี่ยวกับแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนบางละมุง จำนวน 20 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.59-0.86 และ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Xˉ ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก 7 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน บางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 พบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ของครูมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของโรงเรียนบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าความสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .702 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ผลการวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 พบว่าตัวแปรพยากรณ์คุณภาพชีวิต 3 ตัวแปร ประกอบด้วย ด้านการปฏิบัติงานภายในสังคม ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและ ความปลอดภัยของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และด้านความก้าวหน้าและความมั่นคงในงาน สามารถรวมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนโดยรวมได้ร้อยละ 54.20 โดยเขียนสมการในรูปคะแนนดิบและสมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ = .631 + .370 (X8) + .300 (X3) + .215 (X4) Zr = .411(Z5) + .328 (Z3) + .253 (Z1)

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research was to examine the quality of work life of teachers influencing effectiveness of Banglamung School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The population used in the research were consisted of 100 School administrators and teachers in Banglamung School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 in the 2016 academic year. The research instrument was a five -rating-scale questionnaire which was spalted into 2 parts: Part 1 asking to questions about the quality of work life of Banglamung teachers Its discriminative power was between 0.24-0.81 and Reliability was at .95. Part 2 surveying school effectiveness asking 20 questions. Its discriminative power was between 0.59-0.86 and Reliability .97 Data was analyzed using Mean (Xˉ ), Standard Deviation (SD), and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The result of the study were as follows 1. The quality of work life of teachers of Banglamung School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 was reported at a high level both in general and all aspects. It was found that very good for 7 facets and good 1 facet. 2. The effectiveness of Banglamung School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 was reported at a high level both in general and all aspects of the study. 3. The relationship between the quality of work life of teachers and the effectiveness of Banglamung School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 had a positive resnet at a medium level both in general and all aspects. It was statistically significant at .05 levels. 4. The results of the data analysis in the influence the quality of work life of teachers affecting to effectiveness of Banglamung School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. It was found that variable of quality of life had 3 variants, Social relevance, Safe and healthy, and the Growth and security. Can prediction of effectiveness of school. Totally was 54.20% by raw score equation and standard score equation as below. = .631 + .370 (X8) + .300 (X3) + .215 (X4) Zr = .411(Z5) + .328 (Z3) + .253 (Z1)
