dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในอำเภอบ้านบึง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนในเขตอำเภอบ้านบึงโดยใช้การสุ่ม อย่างง่าย ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 148 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับของลิเคอร์ท (Likert, 1961) แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน ดังนี้ ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ การบริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 20 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .85-.63 และ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .96 และตอนที่ 2 เกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในอำเภอบ้านบึง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำนวน 25 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .91-.60 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Xˉ ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารสถานศึกษาในตำบลบ้านบึง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในอำเภอบ้านบึง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. ผลวิจัยความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในอำเภอบ้านบึง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .01 อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to study about the relationship between the school management and school effectiveness in school in Amphoe Banbueng Group under the Office of Chonburi Secondary Educational Service Area 18. The samples of this study were 148 teachers working during the 2016 academic year. The sample size was suggested food on the sampling size table proposed by Krejcie and Morgan.The research instrument was a five-rating-scale questionnaire which was and divided into 2 parts. Part 1 asked 20 questions concerning school management which had discriminant level between .85-.63 and the reliability value was at .96. Part 2 asked 25 questions school survey effectiveness and the discriminant value level was about .91-.60 and the reliability value was at .97. The statistical devices used for analyzing the data were mean (Xˉ ) standard deviation (SD), and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The results showed that; 1. The school management in school in Amphoe Banbueng Group under the Office of Chonburi Secondary Educational Service Area 18; in all and each aspect, was rated at a medium level. 2. The school effectiveness in Amphoe Banbueng Group under the Office of Chonburi Secondary Educational Service Area 18; in all and each aspect, was rated at a medium level. 3. The relationship between school management and school effectiveness at Amphoe Banbueng Group under the Office of Chonburi Secondary Educational Service Area 18 was a positive correlation. It was relatively high and it was statistically significant at the .01
