dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายเกาะช้าง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายเกาะช้าง สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำนวน 92 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-610) และสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) โดยใช้โรงเรียน เป็นเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสอบถาม แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก อยู่ระหว่าง .35-.77 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .91 และตอนที่ 2 เกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครู มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .36-.76 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายเกาะช้าง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายเกาะช้าง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพ การสอนของครูโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายเกาะช้าง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and teaching effectiveness of schools in Koh Chang Center under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. Based on Krejcie and Morgan Sample Size Table (1970, pp. 607-610), the sample of the study consisted of 92 teachers teaching at schools in Koh Chang Center under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Service Office, and then derived by means of stratified random sampling method using school as a criterion. A 5-level rating scale questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. The questionnaire was divided into 2 sections. Section 1 included questions on transformational leadership of school administrators, having the discrimination power between .35-.77 and the reliability at .91. Section 2 included questions on teaching effectiveness, having the discrimination power between .37-.76 and the reliability at .94. Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient were statistical devices employed for the data analysis. The findings revealed as follows: 1. The average mean scores of transformational leadership of school administrators of schools in Koh Chang Center under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were found at a high level. 2. The average mean scores of teaching effectiveness of schools in Koh Chang Center under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were found at a high level. 3. The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and teaching effectiveness of schools in Koh Chang Center under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, was found positively related at a very high level with the significance level at .01.
