dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน โดยใช้เกณฑ์การกำหนดขนาด กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 105 คน จากนั้น ดำเนินการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนก รายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .30-.92 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การเปรียบเทียบสถิติที่ใช้ คือ การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้คือ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของคณะครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare competency of school administrators in Khaokhitchakut District under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as classified by educational qualifications, teaching experience, and school size. Based on Krejcie and Morgan's Sample Size Table, the sample of the study consisted of 105 school administrators and then derived by means of stratified random sampling using school size as a criterion. A 5-level Likert scale questionnaire with the discrimination power between .30-.92 and with the reliability at .97 was used as an instrument for data collection. Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA were statistical devices employed for the data analysis. In case of significant differences were found, Scheffe's paring comparison method was applied. The findings revealed as follows: 1. The competency of school administrators in Khaokhitchakut District under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as perceived by teachers and educational personnel, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, was rated at a high level. 2. On the comparison of competency of school administrators in Khaokhitchakut District under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by educational qualifications and teaching experience, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, no statistically significant differences were found, However, when being classified by school size, their competency, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, was found with no statistically significant difference, except in the aspect of self-development that was significantly different at the statistical level of .05.
