dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติงานตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูของครูในอำเภอบ้านค่าย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และวิทยฐานะ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 178 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .40-.84 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .97 และสถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การแจกแจงแบบที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยใช้การทดสอบของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การปฏิบัติงานตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูของครูในอำเภอบ้านค่าย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติงานตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูของครูในอำเภอบ้านค่าย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านการร่วมมือกับผู้อื่น แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามวิทยฐานะ โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This purpose of this research was to study and compare the job performance on the criteria professional standard of teachers in Bankhai District under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as classified by sex, work experience and academic standing. The samples of this research consisted of 178 teachers in school under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The instrument employed for the data collection was a set of rating-scale questionnaires 5 level which the discrimination level was .40-.84 and the coefficient reliability was .97. The statistics used for analyzing data were mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe Test. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The job performance on the criteria professional standard of teachers in Bankhai District under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall and each aspects were rated at high level. 2. The comparing job performance on the criteria professional standard of teachers in Bankhai District under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as classified by sex in overall and each aspects were significant different at the .05 level except the student quality development was not statistically significant different, work experience in overall and each aspects were not statistically significant different, except the cooperate with others was significant different at the .05 level, academic standing in overall and each aspects were not statistically significant different.
