dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารงานของ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านเนินสำราญ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง โดยจำแนกตาม เพศ อาชีพ วุฒิการศึกษา อายุ และรายได้/ เดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านเนินสำราญ จำนวน 118 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .44-.91 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านเนินสำราญ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านเนินสำราญ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง จำแนกตามเพศโดยรวมและรายด้านบุคลากร และด้านอาคาร สถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม และการสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วนและด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย แตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านเนินสำราญ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง จำแนกตามอาชีพ วุฒิการศึกษา และรายได้/เดือน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านเนินสำราญ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง จำแนกตามอายุ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติยกเว้นด้านบุคลากร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research is to study parents’ satisfaction towards the administration of Bannurnsumran Young Children Center under TambonKlang Administrative Organization, Rayong province. The study presented its finding based on gender, careers, educational backgrounds, age and incomes of parents. The sample in this study was 118 parents using Bannurnsumran Young Children Center. Data collection instrument in this study was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaire. The questionnaire has its item discriminating power between .44-.91. The reliability of this questionnaire was .97. The statistical methods used in this study were Average ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test and One way ANOVA. The research reached the following conclusions: 1. In general and each aspect, parents reported a high satisfaction level toward the administrative of Bannurnsumran Young Children Center under TambonKlang Administrative Organization, Rayong province. 2. Parents’ satisfaction toward the administrative of Bannurnsumran Young Children Center under TambonKlang Administrative Organization, Rayong province as classified by gender, personnel, places, location, environment and safety reported no statistically differenceat .05 level. 3. Parents’ satisfaction toward the administrative of Bannurnsumran Young Children Center under TambonKlang Administrative Organization, Rayong province as classified by careers, educational backgrounds and incomes in general and each aspect reported no statistically difference. 4. Parents’ satisfaction toward the administrative of Bannurnsumran Young Children Center under TambonKlang Administrative Organization, Rayong province as classified by age in generals and each aspect showed no statistically differences except the personnel aspect which was statistically significantly .05 level.
