dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน ที่มีต่อการบริการด้านงานวิชาการโรงเรียนวังจันทร์วิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ปีที่ 1-6 โรงเรียนวังจันทร์วิทยา จำนวน 313 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง ซึ่งเครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) แบ่งเป็น 5 ระดับ จำนวน 39 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .25-.67 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น ของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการเปรียบเทียบ โดยใช้ค่าสถิติ (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการบริการด้านงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนวังจันทร์วิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการบริการด้านงานวิชาการ โรงเรียน วังจันทร์วิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการจัดการเรียน การสอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อจำแนก ตามระดับชั้นเรียน และการอยู่อาศัยของนักเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study and compare the students’ satisfaction toward the academic service of Wangchanwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The samples were 313 students in Mattayom 1-6 in Wangchanwittaya School. The research instrument was a rating scale (5-level) questionnaire of 39 items. The discrimination between .25-.67 and the reliability of questionnaire was .92. Data was analyzed by Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD) independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that 1. The students’ satisfaction toward the academic service of Wangchanwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, overall and each aspects, was at the high level. 2. Comparing the students’ satisfaction toward the academic service of Wangchanwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, classified by genders, overall and each aspects, were different statistically significant at .05 level, except Learning Management and Measurement and Evaluation were not different statistically significant at .05 level, when classified by class level and living of students, the overall and each aspects, were different statistically significant at .05 level.
