dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการจัดการความรู้ของผู้บริหารและบุคลากร สำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ศึกษาระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ของสำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการจัดการความรู้กับการเป็นองค์กร แห่งการเรียนรู้ของสำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ศึกษาปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ที่ส่งผลต่อ การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และสร้างสมการทำนายการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรของสำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่ปฏิบัติงานในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2560 จำนวน 52 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใ นการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน (SD) การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Peason’s correlation coefficient) และวิธีการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา มีการจัดการความรู้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. สำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา มีการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. การจัดการความรู้โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .01 4. ปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ด้านการเรียนรู้ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ของสำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ซึ่งปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ด้านการเรียนรู้ เป็นปัจจัยร่วมกันทำนายการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ของสำนักคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สามารถทำนายการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ได้ร้อยละ 41.9 และมีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการทำนาย (Standard error) เท่ากับ .421 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนสมการทำนาย ในรูปคะแนนดิบได้คือ = 2.079 + .330 (ด้านการเรียนรู้) และสามารถเขียนในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานได้คือ = .423 (ด้านการเรียนรู้)

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to study: the knowledge management level of executives and personnel of Computer Center Burapha University, level of being learning organization of the Computer Center Burapha University, the relationship between knowledge management and learning organization of the Center, knowledge management factors affecting learning organization and create predictive equation of learning organization level of the Center. The samples were 52 executives and personnel of the Computer Center Burapha University in fiscal year of 2017. The research instruments used were five rating scal questionnaires. Statistics for Data Analysis were mean, standard deviation, Correlation Analysis used Peason’s Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The research results were that: 1. The knowledge management level of the Computer Center at Burapha University as a whole was at the highest level. 2. Learning organization level of the Computer Center Burapha University as a whole was at the highest level. 3. The overall knowledge management has a positive correlation with the learning organization of the Computer Center at the significant level of .01. 4. Knowledge management factors affect being learning organization of the Computer Center. Learning organization changed according to knowledge management of learning was predictive factor of being learning organization of the Computer Center at Burapha University at the significant level of .05 accounted for 41.9% and a standard error was .421 which showed that predictive factor of being learning organization of Computer Center was knowledge management of learning, the eouation was; = 2.079 + 0.330 (Learning) and the standard score of; = .423 (Learning).
