dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียน การพัฒนาตนเองของ ข้าราชการครู และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียนกับการพัฒนาตนเองของ ข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียน ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ ระหว่าง .34 ถึง .85 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 และตอนที่ 2เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ การพัฒนาตนเองของข้าราชการครู ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .27 ถึง .70 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย (Simple correlation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. วัฒนธรรมโรงเรียนในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การพัฒนาตนเองของข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียนกับการพัฒนาตนเองของข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study school culture, teachers’ self-development and to determine the relationship between school culture and teachers’ self-development in Sahawitayakhet Rayong of school cluster 2 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The research samples were 196 teachers in, Sahawitayakhet Rayong school cluster 2 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The instrument were two sets of ovestionnaires. The item discrimination of the ovestionnaire was between .34-.85 and the reliability was at .96. The second set of ovestionnaire had. The item discrimination power between .27-.70 and the reliability at .93. The statistics used in analyzing the data were mean, standard deviation and pearson product moment correlation. The result of study were as follows: 1. The school culture in Sahawitayakhet Rayong school cluster 2 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 was at high level. 2. The self-development of teachers in Sahawitayakhet Rayong school cluster 2 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 was at high level. 3. The relationship between school culture and the teacher self-development at Sahawitayakhett Rayong school cluster 2 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office was correlated positively at high level at the level of .01 of significant level.
