dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและแนวทาง การพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสอยดาววิทยา จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 ตามขอบข่ายงานวิชาการ 7 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการพัฒนา หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 2) ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ 3) ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และเทียบโอนผลการเรียน 4) ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา 5) ด้านการพัฒนา สื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา 6) ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ 7) ด้านการนิเทศ การศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสอยดาววิทยา จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ เครจซี่ และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) จำนวน 59 คน ทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามเพศ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามตามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) มี 5 ระดับ จำนวน 38 ข้อ ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อของแบบสอบถามมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง .20-.62 และ ค่าความเชื่อมันของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ .90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (ƒ) ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และเมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จึงทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสอยดาววิทยา จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีปัญหา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนา สื่อนวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้และด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา 2. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสอยดาววิทยา จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ ในการสอน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนจำแนก ตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนสอยดาววิทยา จังหวัดจันทบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 พบว่า 1) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร สถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารควรประชุมชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ 2) ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ครูผู้สอนควรจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 3) ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และเทียบโอนผลการเรียน จัดให้มีการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการวัดผล และประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน โดยเน้นการประเมินตามสภาพจริง 4) ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนา คุณภาพ จัดให้มีการอบรมครูเกี่ยวกับการสร้างและการใช้นวัตกรรมด้วยวิธีที่หลากหลาย ผู้บริหาร และครูควรให้ความสำคัญกับการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนา 5) ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยี เพื่อการศึกษา ควรส่งเสริมให้ครูผลิต พัฒนาสื่อ และนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอน ควรจัดหาสื่อ และเทคโนโลยี เพื่อใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการ 6) ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ ควรดำเนินการสำรวจ แหล่งเรียนรู้ทั้งในสถานศึกษา ชุมชนท้องถิ่น ควรดำเนินการจัดตั้งและพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ รวมทั้งพัฒนาให้เกิดองค์ความรู้ 7) ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ผู้บริหารและครูควรตระหนัก และให้ความสำคัญกับการนิเทศการศึกษา

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study and present guidelines for the development of academic affairs administration of Soidaowittaya School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 17. The academic affairs administration focused in this study were in 7 areas. These included 1) curriculum development, 2) learning process development, 3) evaluation, measurement and transfer of student learning outcome, 4) Education/ classroom research, 5) teaching material and innovation development, 6) development of learning resources, 7) teacher supervision. This study investigated viewpoints of teachers and reported them as classified by teachers’ gender, positions and work experience. The sample in this study was 59teachers.The number of sample was identified as suggested in the table recommended by Krejcie and Morgan (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, p. 608). Stratified random sampling was used to identify samples based on their positions. Data collection instrument in this study was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaireasking 38 questions. The questionnaire has its item discriminating power between .20-.62. The reliability of this questionnaire was .90. The statistical methods used in this study were Frequency, Percentage, Average ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, F-test, One- way ANOVA and Scheffe's method of multiple comparison test. The research reached the following conclusions: 1. Problems regarding academic affairs administration of Soidaowittaya School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 17 in general and each aspect was found at a moderate level. The problems were ranged from the most found problems to the less found problem as follow: 1) curriculum development, 2) education/ classroom research, 3) learning process development, 4) teaching material and innovation development, 5) evaluation, measurement and transfer learning outcome, 6) development of learning resources, and 7) teacher supervision. 2. Problems regarding academic affairs administration of Soidaowittaya School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 17 as classified by gender and teaching experience showed no statistically significant difference at .05 level both in general and each aspect. However, teachers having different education background viewed the problems regarding academic affairs administration differently at statistically significance of 0.05 level. 3. Guidelines for the development of academic affairs administration of Soidaowittaya School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 17 included 1) school principal should approve some training programmers to ensure teachers’ correct understand of curriculum, 2) teachers should applied student center based teaching techniques, 3) school should arrange some training programs to improve teachers understanding of evaluation of students’ learning outcome, 4) school principal should arrange a research training program, 5) school should encourage teachers to develop useful teaching materials and apply some effective teaching innovation in their classroom, 6) school should survey learning sources in the community as well as establish new center or learning, 7) school management team and teachers should be aware of the importance of education supervision.
