dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดตราด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน ในสถานศึกษาอำเภอคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดตราด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ได้กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp.607-610) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 127 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) จำแนกตามโรงเรียน ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลสำหรับการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) ตามแนวคิดของลิเคอร์ท (Likert,1967, pp.16-24) ซึ่งมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .21-.76 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับของแบบสอบถาม (Reliability) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และเมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จะทำการทดสอบหา ความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดตราด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมให้มีการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู ด้านการพัฒนาสร้างมาตรฐานด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียน และด้านการประสานงานการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ตามลำดับ 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดตราด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้าน ทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นด้านการประสานงานการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ด้านการพัฒนาสร้างมาตรฐานด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียน ด้านการจัดให้มีสิ่งส่งเสริมสภาพการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นด้านการนิเทศและประเมินผลด้านการสอน และ ด้านการประสาน งานการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study and compared the academic leadership of administrators in Klong Yai district, under Trat Primary Educational Service Office, classified by gender, education and work experience. The sample of the research were teachers in Klong Yai district, under Trat Primary Educational Service Office. Based on Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610, the sample size was 127 peoples Selected by stratified random sampling by school. To collect data, the research instrument was a five rating scale questionnaire, which has the power of discrimination between .21 and .76 and reliability of .94. Statistics used in data analysis include: mean ( ), standard deviation (SD), t-test, one-way ANOVA, and statistically significant difference. The Scheffe's method is used to test the difference of pairs. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Academic leadership of administrators in Klong Yai district, under Trat Primary Educational Service Office, was at a high level. Ranging from is the promotion of professional teachers development, development of school academic standards, and the implementation of the curriculum respectively. 2. Comparison of the academic leadership of administrators in Klong Yai district, under Trat primary educational service office, by gender, it was not significantly different. Classified by educational background there eas no difference except for the curriculum coordinating, the development of school academic standards, and promotion of the learning environment, there were statistically significant differences at .05 level, when classified by work experience, differences were not s found, except for supervision and evaluation of teaching and the implementation of curriculum those showed statistically significant at the .05 level.
