dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อ การจัดการศึกษา โรงเรียนบ้านปลวกแดง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามอาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน โรงเรียนบ้านปลวกแดง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 394 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .22-.68 และได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น ของแบบสอบถามเฉลี่ยทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษา โรงเรียนบ้านปลวกแดง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย 3 อันดับแรก คือ ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านบริการ อาคารสถานที่ สัมพันธ์ชุมชน และด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียนและปกครอง 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษา โรงเรียน บ้านปลวกแดง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามอาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study were to explore and compare parents' satisfaction on Educational Management of Banpluakdaeng School under the office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by occupation, education level and family in come. The sample consisted of 394 parents of the students studying in the second term of 2016 academic year. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire divided into 2 parts: Part 1 asked overview details of respondents. Part 2 surveyed the satisfaction of parents toward the operation of Educational Management. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The results were as follow. 1. Parents’ Satisfaction on Educational Management in Banpluakdaeng School under the office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole and each aspect was at a high level. The top 3 aspects were rated as follow: Teachers, Services Buildings Communities, and Student activities and rule. 2. The Satisfaction of parents toward the Educational Management in Banpluakdaeng School Under the office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by occupation, educational level and family income were statistically significant different at the .05 level.
