dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาพองค์การกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ตราด ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 192 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-610) และสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพองค์การและประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ซึ่งลักษณะของแบบสอบถามถามเป็นแบบ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพองค์การของโรงเรียน ขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .23-.80 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก อยู่ระหว่าง .40-.71 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สุขภาพองค์การของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาพองค์การกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส ทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the organization health and the effectiveness of opportunity expansion schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. Based on Krejice and Morgan Table of Sample Size (1970, pp. 607-610), the sample of the study, derived by means of stratified random sampling using school as a criterion, consisted of 192 school teachers teaching at opportunity expansion schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, in the academic year of 2015. A 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the discriminating power of items between .23-.80 and with the reliability at .94 was used for data collection on the organization health; while a 5-level scale A 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the discriminating power of items between .40-.71 and with the reliability at .93 was used for data collection on the effectiveness of opportunity expansion schools. Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient were statistical devices employed for the data analysis. The findings revealed as follows: 1. The organization health of opportunity expansion schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, was rated at a high level. 2. The effectiveness of opportunity expansion schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, was also rated at a high level. 3. The relationship between the organization health and the effectiveness of opportunity expansion schools under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, as a whole, was found positively related at a very high level with the significance level of .01.
