dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนในอำเภอแก่งหางแมว สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียน ในอำเภอแก่งหางแมว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 พ.ศ. 2558 จำนวน 136 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-610) ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) โดยจำแนกตามสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 34 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .32-.86 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนในอำเภอแก่งหางแมว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมและ รายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถ ด้านความเป็นผู้นำ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ตามลำดับ 2. คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียน ในอำเภอแก่งหางแมว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตาม เพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and compare the Characteristics of school administrators perceived by teachers in Kaeng Hang Maeo District under The Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Office 1. The number of sample in this study was identified as suggested bye Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-610). Stratified random sampling was used in accordance with school size. The sample was 136 teachers in Kaeng Hang Maeo District under The Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Office 1. The tools applied in this study was a questionnaire of a five scaled rating type asking 34 questions. Its power discrimination scale was between .32-.86 and reliability values was .97. The statistics used in the analysis was Means ( ) and Standard Deviation (SD), t-test and One-way analysis of variance. The findings revealed as the followings: 1. Overall and each aspect of Characteristics of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in Kaeng Hang Maeo District under The Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Office 1 was at the highest level. The ranking aspects of the characteristics from highest to lowest were intellectual proficiency, qualified leaders and personality. 2. The comparison of characteristics of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers when classified by genders, working experiences, and school sizes were showed no statistically significance.
